When you show up to a session with me you can expect to let loose and have some fun! I will pose you from start to finish. Do you ever feel like you don't know what to do with your arms during a photo? Me too. That's exactly why I will guide you through the entire session. I will give you a variety of poses and prompts. Sometimes a prompt will be something like "Walk towards me and act like your ankles are tied together." This sounds strange but makes for the best candid photos. I try to include lots of movement so you don't ever feel stiff.

The first 50 miles are included in every package. After 50 miles it is $0.70 per mile, roundtrip. Please contact me for exact travel rates.

When it comes to photography, every photographer's style is different. It's important you love the style of work your photographer does before booking. My style is creamy, earthy toned with a little warmth added in. I love capturing candids and adding prompts to make moments look authentic and genuine. I will give you direction on every prompt so that posing won't feel stiff or awkward. I do try to give you traditional poses that your grandma loves while also giving you those Pinterest poses as well.

Yes! I have a list of beautiful locations depending on the look you are wanting to achieve. Let me know if you want my suggestions.

My turnaround time is 4-6 weeks with regular sessions. Wedding turnaround time is 8-12 weeks. Good things take time and I never want to rush and compromise the quality of photos. The wait will be worth it.

Living in Missouri means the weather can be pretty unpredictable. The week of a session I will be on the lookout for any type of weather changes coming up. I will keep you updated the morning of your session and a few hours before your session. I will contact you if I think we need to reschedule for a rain check.

100% bring your dog!!! Of course bring a friend! I actually encourage you to bring a friend to your session if it makes you feel more comfortable. Friends can also be helpful when you need an extra hand to hold a hair brush, hair spray or a change of clothes.
